摘要
目的使木塑材料更好地在室内外家具设计中进行运用。方法首先依据设计市场学的相关知识理论,针对木塑产品的模块化设计方法进行研究;其次把木塑工艺与模块化生产相结合,提出了木塑产品模块化设计的基本程序与步骤;随后进行了木塑模块总体标准化的设计划分;最后通过木塑产品的设计实例分析,对模块的选择和组合、五金配件设计、木塑模块挤出与组装等关键节点进行解析,设计出了基本形态组合模块式的木塑标准化家具套系。结论初步解决了工艺限制下的木塑家具的模块化设计问题。
Objective To solve the problem of the better use of wood-plastic materials in the indoor and outdoor furniture design. Methods Firstly, according to the knowledge of the marketing design theory, study on the module design method for wood-plastic products.Then in combination with wood-plastic technology and modular production, put forward the basic procedures and steps of wood-plastic product modular design.Carry out the wood plastic overall standardized module design division.Finally through the analysis of wood-plastic product design case, parse the selection and combination of modules, design of hardware accessories, wood-plastic module extrusion and assembly key nodes, designed the basic form of combination modular standardization for wood plastic furniture series. Conclusion Initially solved the problem of wood-plastic furniture modular design under craft limitations.
