摘要
为了确定库尔勒香梨杂交品种(系)果实品质主要评价指标,并对其进行综合评价,分析测定了新梨1号、新梨6号、新梨7号等10个香梨杂交品种(系)的单果重、果形指数、果肉硬度、含水量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C、石细胞、糖酸比等10个品质指标,并采用主成分分析和聚类分析法对各品质指标进行分析,建立了果实品质综合评价模型。结果表明,在库尔勒香梨杂交品种(系)多个果实品质指标之间存在着相对独立性和密切相关性。经主成分分析,前5个主成分的累计贡献率已达到89.859%;通过聚类分析,10个主要果实品质指标聚成了6类,最终将品质指标简化为单果重、果形指数、果肉硬度、糖酸比、维生素C、可滴定酸6个具有代表性的指标,可以反映香梨杂交品种(系)果实品质的绝大部分信息。通过果实品质综合评价模型得出各品种(系)的综合得分并排序,结果为:84-4-170、新梨1号、82-27-20综合果实品质较优,新梨8号、新梨9号、新梨6号、新梨7号综合果实品质中等,84-1-91、84-5-58、84-4-112综合果实品质较差。
In order to determine the main evaluation factors of Korla fragrant pear hybrid varieties,and comprehensive evaluation on it,ten quality indexes were measured of ten varieties including Xinli No.1 , Xinli No.6,Xinli No.7 and so on.The indexes included fruit weight,fruit shape index,flesh firmness,water content,soluble solids content,soluble sugar content,titratable acidity,Vitamin C content,stone cell con-tent,SS/TA.The data were analyzed by principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis.Fruit quality comprehensive evaluation model is established.The results showed that there was either relative in-dependence or close correlations among the evaluation indexes of fruit quality.Principal components analy-sis showed that the first five principal components variance accumulation contribution rate amounted to 89.859%.According to their cluster analysis,the tested 10 indexes were divided into 6 types,which were fi-nally simplified into fruit weight,fruit shape index,flesh firmness,SS/TA,Vitamin C,titratable acidity, which could reflect the most information of fruit quality of hybrid varieties of Korla fragrant pea.Accord-ing to the fruit quality comprehensive evaluation model ,each varieties ’scores show that:the comprehensive fruit quality of 84-4-170,Xinli No.1,82-27-20 was better,the one of Xinli No.8,Xinli No.9,Xinli No.6,Xin-li No.7 was medium,and the one of 84-1-91,84-5-58,84-4-112 was poor.
