新疆南疆4地区枣树截型叶螨种群对7种杀螨剂的抗药性检测 被引量:4

摘要 采用玻片浸渍法测定了新疆南疆4地区枣树上5个截形叶螨种群对7种常用药剂抗药性.结果表明,不同截形叶螨田间种群对不同药剂的敏感性不同,以每种药剂最小的 LC50值定为各药剂的相对敏感基线.7种药剂杀螨活性由高到低分别为阿维菌素>哒螨灵>三唑锡>唑螨酯>联苯菊酯>灭多威>炔螨特,其对截形叶螨雌成螨的 LC50值分别为0.007,3.004,6.906,18.956,168.131,168.457,178.454 mg/L;截形叶螨各种群对阿维菌素、联苯菊酯、灭多威、哒螨灵和炔螨特的抗性倍数在1.0~4.9,均处于敏感状态;和田枣树、喀什枣树和阿克苏枣树截形叶螨种群对三唑锡和唑螨酯,产生了低抗药性,抗性倍数在7.9~9.3.新疆南疆4地区枣树上截形叶螨田间种群对药剂的敏感性和抗药性存在差异,应根据当地的抗性水平有针对性地进行抗性治理,以避免或延缓截形叶螨对杀螨剂产生抗药性. The resistance of five populations of Tetranychus truncates Ehara of four counties in southern Xinjiang to seven insecticides was measured by slideGlip method.The results showed that compared with susceptible population,the acaricidal activity of Tetranychus truncates Ehara of five field populations were different.The rank of seven insecticides activity was listed as follows:avermectin>pyridaben>azocyclotin>fenpyroximate>bifenthrin>methomyl>propargite.The LC50 value of five field populations were founG ded as follows:0.007,3.004,6.906,18.956,168.131,168.457 mg/L and 178.454 mg/L respectively.The reG sistance times of Tetranychus truncates Ehara populations to avermectin,bifenthrin,pyridaben,methomyl and propargite was 1.0-4.9,all of which were in susceptible state;The Tetranychus truncates Ehara popuG lations of Khotan j uj ube,Aksu j uj ube and Kashi j uj ube had low resistance to azocyclotin and fenpyroxiG mate,which was founded to be 7.9-9.3 times.The results showed that there were differences between susG ceptibilities and resistances of field population of Tetranychus truncates Ehara on the j uj ubes of the four counties in Southern Xinjiang to the acaricides.Therefore,the resistance control measures should be taken to avoid the resistances of Tetranychus truncates Ehara to seven acaricides of the four counties in Southern Xinj iang.
