摘要
旋转开关状态检测系统采用减速电机通过齿轮带动六个旋转开关旋转,由电流检测电路检测负载电流,并通过分析电流变化判断旋转开关是否失效.系统通过旋转编码器与电流波形分析结果相结合的方法校准减速电机旋转的误差,并采用线性回归的方法计算出负载电流.电路中加入了锂电池备用电路,解决了系统断电时单片机的状态保持问题.
The rotary switch state test system controls the motor to gear six rotary switch,and detects the load current by current detect module, and finds rotary switch fault by analysis the current through the switch. The system reduces the rotating error by combine the pulses of rotary encoder and the current waveform analysis results, and calculates current by linear regression. In case of the power fails, the system uses lithium battery backup circuit to hold the state of MCU.
