土壤中大肠杆菌热耐受性比较

摘要 该文调查不同生长阶段的E.coli K12和E.coli O157在菌株接种到不同含水率土壤中的热耐受性,结果表明,对数期大肠杆菌比稳定期的大肠杆菌热耐受性低,高含水率土壤中的大肠杆菌比低含水率土壤中的热耐受性低,E.coli K12比E.coli O157的热耐受性低。
