居民收入的发展态势及其倍增途径探析——以江苏省为例

A Study of the Development Trend of Residents' Income and Income Doubling Path—Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example

提高居民收入、改善民生是社会经济未来发展的根本目标及目的。江苏省提出居民收入七年倍增计划,既是重大利民之举,也是实现经济可持续发展的必要举措。在当前及未来一段时期国内国际经济下行压力下,如何在七年内实现城乡居民收入倍增以至在未来更长时间内实现收入持续增长,值得深思。基于江苏省城乡居民收入现状,以劳动力、产业、就业、分配为切入点分析了提升居民收入、缩减城乡差距的制约因素,并以此提出了江苏省城乡居民收入的倍增路径。

The fundamental objective and goal of socio -economic development is to increase residents′income and improve their living standard as well.Jiangsu province puts forward a progamme of doubling residents′income in seven years,which will not only bring great benefits to the residents,but also achieve economic sustainable de-velopment.In the current and future periods,financial conditions continue to pose a downside risk to the world e-conomy.How can Jiangsu province fulfill the programme of doubling residents′income in seven years and even at-tain sustainable growth of income in the far future is worth thinking about deeply.This article,based on the current situation of the income of urban and rural residents of Jiangsu province,analyzes the factors that constrain the in-crease of residents′income and narrowing urban-rural gap from the perspective of labor force,industry,employ-ment and allocation,and presents some effective income doubling path of Jiangsu province.
