多元一体导向的高校创业教育体系探索研究

A Study of Pluralistic Integration-oriented System of Incubation Education in Universities

随着我国高等教育的大众化程度迅速发展,高校创业教育正面临着前所未有的发展机遇,为了突破传统的、单一的"就业式教育"模式,培养学生的创新精神、创业技能和创业品质,应尽快实施创业教育。高校可从创业教育顶层设计、建立订单式人才培养模式、改革创业教育课堂教学模式、举办创业教育教学专项培训等方面着手构建"多元一体导向"的创业教育体系。

With the rapid popularization of China′s higher education,incubation education in colleges and univer-sities is faced with great opportunities.In order to break through the traditional,single model of“employment edu-cation”,cultivate the spirit of innovation,entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial quality of students,it is a ne-cessity to start incubation education in colleges and universities as soon as possible.Colleges and universities should strenghten top-level design,build talent cultivation model of ordering form,reform the teaching and train-ing mode of incubation education and organize special training to build a pluralistic integration-oriented incubation education system.
