摘要
本文讨论应用流动注射分析结合光度测定进行低亚硫酸钠(保险粉)的测试。所采用的载流为K_2Cr_2O_710g溶解于111.8×10^(-1)mol/l的H_2SO_4溶液,流速为2.8ml/min。在590nm处测其吸光度。试样通过填有海绵的玻璃管直接抽吸入FIA仪器进行测定。与传统的碘量法相比,其相对误差小于1.5%。数据表明有良好的重现性。
In this paper the measurement of Na_2S_2O_4 with FIA combined with spectrophometry was discussed. 10g K_2Cr_2O_7 dissolved in 110.18 mol/l H_2SO_4 is used as carrier. The flow rate is 2.8ml/min. The absorbance is monitored at 590nm. The sample is injccted directly through the spongc-filled glass tube into FIA system for measurement. The concentration of the Na_2S_2O_4 in sample are evaluated from the response by using calibration curves prepared. In comparasion with the iodometric method, the relative error is less than 1.5%. Data show good reproducibility.
