基于路网容量限制的控规土地开发强度研究——以上海轨交17号线嘉松中路站为例

摘要 在编制控制性详细规划阶段,应开展相应的交通分析研究。路网容量限制是确定土地开发强度的重要影响因素,结合路网容量概念,提出了相应的土地开发强度研究方法。应用时空消耗法确定路网容量,并采用Trans CAD交通模型分配进行OD加载验证。结果表明,该方法有效建立了路网容量与土地开发强度的对应关系,为控规编制过程中土地开发强度的合理确定提供技术参考。 Traffic analysis should be carried on at the regulatory planning stage. The capacity of road network is the most important factor of land development intensity, considering the concept of road network capacity, puts forward the method of land development intensity. Using the space-time consumption method to determine the capacity of network, thenuse the Trans CAD traffic assignment model to verify. The result shows that, the method establishes the relationship between road network capacity and land development intensity, and provides reasonable technical reference to the study during regulatory planning.
