城市建筑物停车配建指标差异化研究

Study on Differences of Urban Building Parking Requirements

城市建筑物配建停车是城市停车设施的主要组成部分,是保证城市停车供给的主体,目前大多数城市采用配建指标的方式来保障配建车位的数量。本文通过对6个大小城市的现行配建指标进行对比分析,分析各自的差异并找出其中的原因,分析其合理性,希望能给其他城市建筑配建指标的建立或修订提供参考依据。

The parking lots of urban buildings are main parts of urban parking resources, which many cities use parking requirements to ensure the quantity of them presently. In this paper, the differences of urban building parking requirements are studied by comparing 6 cities, analyzing the reasons behind them reasonably, which can provide some advices to other cities when setting up or revising urban building parking requirements.
