摘要
目前,国内许多停车收费医院的出入口交通拥堵不堪,对城市交通造成了巨大影响,同时加重了"看病难、就医难"的社会矛盾。在充分探讨医院交通出行规律的基础上,从增加交通设施供给和提高出入口通行能力两方面提出了针对性的解决方法,并以宁波某医院为例,进行实践验证,为此类交通问题的解决提供了科学的依据。
At present, the congestion at entrance in many parking charge hospitals have huge impact on traffic in cities, and aggregate the social contradiction of difficulty in seeing the doctors and getting medical treatment, Based on full investigation of hospital traffic patterns, the solution is proposed in connection of traffic facilities supply increase and entrance capacity improvement, with an example of a hospital in Ningbo demonstrated, providing the scientific basis for solve this kind of traffic problems.
