摘要
随着信息技术的发展,基于此的公交信息服务逐步成为吸引公众选择公共交通出行的重要手段,国外在此方面取得丰硕成果。我国由于缺少相关信息服务与评价标准,在服务标准化、人性化,精细化方面远未满足公众需要。为顺利推进"十二五"期间交通运输部的"公交都市"示范建设,明确在标准中应约束的内容,以地面公交作为研究切入点,在全国范围内开展公交出行信息服务需求调查。调查得到一线、二线及以下城市在信息内容、信息服务、服务方式3个方面的需求统计数据,据此提炼出两类城市及其下不同年龄群体的共性与个性需求规律。在此基础之上,从标准化顺序、针对性,评估指标建立等方面提出如何将调研成果应用于标准构建的具体建议。
With the development of information technology, the public transportation information service has gradually become an important means to attract the public to use public transport. In this regard, foreign achieve fruitful results. In our country, due to lack of the standards in service and evaluation of information, the services which is in standardization, humanization and fine do not meet the public needs. For the smooth progress of the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, the Ministry of transport "transit metropolis" demonstration construction, and clear the contents ought to be regulated in the standards, this paper takes ground public transit as a study point, and carries on needs survey of information service for public transit in the nationwide. The investigation obtains demand statistics of first-tier cities, second-tier and following cities from three aspects of information, information service and service mode. Accordingly, the paper extracts the commonness and individuality of the law of demand in various types of city and different age groups. On this basis, the paper also puts forward specific recommendations on how to apply research results to standards construction from standardization's sequence, direction and index establishing.
