基于轨道交通经济可持续发展的土地利用规划研究——以青岛市为例

Study on Land-use Planning Be Based on Sustainable Economic Development of Rail Transit: Taking Qingdao as Example

轨道交通沿线土地利用规划所产生的土地增值资金是轨道交通经济可持续发展的重要保障。面对我国轨道交通建设和运营资金的巨大需求,分析了通过调整优化轨道交通沿线土地利用规划筹措资金的方法,针对青岛轨道交通与土地利用规划严重脱节的现状,提出了轨道交通沿线和不同站点周边土地利用规划、交通衔接规划和站点一体化设计的基本实施策略。

Land appreciation of land- use planning along rail transit is the basic protection of its economic sustalnable development. Facing the large demand of rail transit construction and operating funds in China and Qingdao, this article analyzes the ways to raise funds through adjusting land-use planning. Status for rail transit and land-use planning serious gap in Qingdao, this paper presents the basic strategy about land-use planning along the rail lines and stations, integration planning, integrated design.
