基于轨交线网客流量合理增长的TOD策略

The Tod Strategy Based on Metro Passenger flow Growth Perspective

出于对城市可持续发展价值观的认同和回归,TOD模式越来越受到我国大城市的青睐。对于国内大城市应如何发展TOD,规划从业者们有过很多思考,但尚无公认的结论。通过追溯TOD模式的起源,认为TOD模式的核心价值和根本任务在于提高公共交通出行率,摆脱依赖小汽车交通的城市蔓延所带来的不可持续等问题。基于此,在如何促进公共交通(就中国国情而言,主要指轨道交通)客流量合理增长的视角下,研究提出了中国大城市发展TOD模式的有效策略。

For the city sustainable development values and regression, TOD model is more and more in domestic big city＇s favor. The domestic big city should be how to develop TOD？ Planning practitioners and scholars put forward many strategies, but there is no accepted conclusion. By tracing back to the origin of TOD mode, this paper think that core value and fundamental task of TOD is to improve the public transport trip rate, and cast off unsustainable dependence car traffic problems brought about by the city spread. On this basiss, this paper puts forward effective strategies of Chinese big city development mode of TOD, in the view of how to promote Public transport passenger flow growth perspective（on China＇s national conditions, mainly refers to metro）.
