摘要
随着"低碳、生态、以人为本"等交通理念的普及,全天候立体步行系统在城市客运交通体系的地位日益彰显,既关系到客运交通组织的成效,又是提高城市吸引力和集聚力的重要保障。首先,介绍了全天候立体步行系统的概念并探讨了其设置条件;其次,在国内外实践经验及客流特征分析的基础上,开展了立体通道和全天候设施不同形式的适应性分析;再次,依托用户体验,构建全天候立体步行系统网络规划、设施规划、环境规划的三级规划理论体系,并对其核心规划内容进行分析;最后,以深圳宝安中心区为应用案例,探讨全天候立体步行系统规划实践。
With the popularity of "low-carbon, eco, people-oriented" concept, All-weather three-dimensional pedestrian system in urban passenger transport system is increasingly evident. It is not only in relation to the effectiveness of passenger transport, but also an important guarantee to improve the attraction and gathering force of the city. This paper first introduced the concept of all-weather three-dimensional pedestrian system and discusses its setting conditions. Secondly, based on the analysis of domestic and international experience and pedestrian characteristics, this paper analyzed the adaptability of various forms of three-dimensional corridors and all-weather facilities. Thirdly, relying on the user experience, this paper builded the planning theory system of network planning, facilities planning and environment planning, and analyzed its core planning content. Finally, taking Baoan Center District, Shenzhen, for the application case, explored the planning practice of all-weather three-dimensional pedestrian system.
