2011-2013年我院中药注射剂用药分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Our Hospital During 2011- 2013

目的 :调查我院2011-2013年中药注射剂使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 :对本院2011-2013年中药注射剂的种类、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行统计分析。结果:本院中药注射剂使用品种数和销售金额明显增长,尤其是活血化瘀类种类及用量都在增长。结论:我院中药注射剂的临床应用日益广泛,应充分发挥临床药师的作用,加强临床合理用药的指导和不良反应监测。

Objective： To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injections in our hos-pital so as to provide a reference for rational medication in clinical practice. Methods： The utilization of TCM injec-tions in our hospital during 2011 - 2013 was analyzed statistically in respect of the varieties of TCM injections ,annual consumption sum,DDDs and DDC. Results： The varieties and consumption sum of TCM injections increased signifi-cantly,especially the TCM injections for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Conclusion： The clinical utilization of TCM injections increased progressively in our hospital. It is important to bring the role of clinical phar-macists into full play and to intensify the guidance of rational medication and monitoring of adverse drug reactions.
