1例62岁女性患者因急性胰腺炎入院。予静脉滴注维生素K1时出现呼吸困难,脸红,血压0 mmHg,考虑为过敏性休克,立即停用维生素K1,并给予抗过敏治疗,症状缓解。
A 62-year-old female patient was hospitalized for an acute pancreatitis. Her difficulty in breathing happened when she received the intravenous drip of vitamin K1 and her blood pressure reached to 0 mmHg. She was diagnosed as an allergic shock, and vitamin K1 was stopped for use immediately while antianaphylactic treatment was given, and then the symptoms were alleviated.
