One Case of Laryngeal Edema Induced by Citicoline Injection

报道1例胞磷胆碱钠注射液导致的急性喉头水肿的案例,分析其发生不良反应的可能机制。由于喉头水肿可引起呼吸道堵塞、引起窒息或休克等严重后果,提醒临床予以重视。

This paper reported one case of laryngeal edema induced by citicoline injection,and analyzed the possi-ble mechanisms of adverse reactions. Laryngeal edema may lead to congestion of respiratory tract,suffocation or shock and other serious consequences,therefore it reminded that importance should be attached to in clinical practice.
