摘要
采用溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为亲核取代的N,N-二甲基氨基化试剂与卤代化合物反应,在封闭条件下,较高产率地得到了一系列二甲基胺类化合物。以2-氯-N,N-二甲基-4-硝基苯胺的合成为例,考察了不同碱对反应结果的影响,以及N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)与DMF的反应情况对比。最后在实验的基础上提出了可能的反应机理。
As a N,N-dialkyl amine reagent of nucleophilic substitution,DMF react with halogenated hydrocarbons to give a series of N,N-dimethyl amine derivatives in high yields. Taking the synthesis of 2-chloro-N,N-dimethyl-4-nitroaniline for example,the effect of the bases was investigated,and the reactivity of DMAC to the reaction was constracted with that of DMF. Based on experiments,a possibile reaction mechanism was presented.
