摘要
0—3岁婴幼儿期是人生发展的黄金阶段,是儿童学习和成长的关键期。抓住这一关键期对婴幼儿进行早期教育,对人一生的发展至关重要。大连市早期教育有着蓬勃发展的良好势头,但在早期教育的运行中,如何营造良好的运行环境,如何建构有效的发展策略,还有诸多问题需要我们关注。
Infanthood （0 to 3 years old） is the golden phase of a person＇s development, and is the key period for infants to study and grow up. Making the best use of the period is crucial for a person＇s development. Early education in Dalian has already gained its momentum. How to create good circumstances and construct effective developing strategies need to be paid attention to.
