丙泊酚中长链脂肪乳用于颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术的效果分析

The Effect Analysis of Middle-Long Chain Fatty Milk of Propofol for Interventional Embolization of Intracranial Aneurysms

目的:研究丙泊酚中长链脂肪乳用于颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术的麻醉效果。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年12月在笔者所在医院神经外科接受择期介入栓塞术的颅内动脉瘤患者108例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组56例和对照组52例。观察组患者术中麻醉维持采用丙泊酚中长链脂肪乳,对照组患者术中麻醉维持采用丙泊酚注射液(力蒙欣)。比较两组麻醉效果。结果:观察组麻醉诱导时、术中心率、MBP保持平稳,而对照组麻醉诱导时、术中心率、MBP波动较大,两组麻醉诱导和术中心率、MBP比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术毕自主呼吸时间、拔罐时间、意识恢复时间均短于对照组,OAAS评分高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.57%,对照组为17.31%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚中长链脂肪乳用于颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术,可保持术中患者生命体征平稳,有利于患者术后自主呼吸及意识的尽快恢复。

Objective：To study anesthetic effect of middle-long chain fatty milk of Propofol for interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms. Method：One hundred and eight patients of intracranial aneurysm from January 2012 to December 2013 in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group of 52 cases and the treatment group of 56 cases. The observation group was given middle-long chain fatty milk of Propofol for anesthesia maintenance. The control group was given intraoperative Limengxian for anesthesia maintenance. Anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Result：Heart rate,MBP in observation group at anesthesia induction and intraoperatively held steady,and heart rate,MBP in the control group when at anesthesia induction and intraoperatively had more fluctuations,and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Spontaneous breathing recovery time and extubation time,consciousness recovery time in the observation group were significantly faster than the control group（P〈0.05）. The complication rate of the control group was 17.31%while the observation group was 3.57%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Middle-long chain fatty milk of Propofol for embolization of intracranial aneurysms,can keep a smooth intraoperative vital signs in patients,and it is beneficial to patients with postoperative spontaneous breathing and consciousness resumed as soon as possible,which is worthy of promotion of clinical application.
