鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的疗效观察

The Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Sinusitis with Nasal Polyps

目的:观察鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院2003年5月-2012年5月收治的500例鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,按照其就诊顺序编号将其随机分为对照组100例和治疗组400例。对照组患者给予常规鼻窦手术,治疗组患者给予鼻内窥镜手术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者总有效率96%,明显优于对照组的88%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组平均住院时间、症状消失时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉临床效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for sinusitis with nasal polyps. Method：500 cases of sinusitis from May 2003 to May 2012 were selected in the hospital. All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment sequence number,100 cases in the control group and the treatment group 400 cases. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment,such as the effective rate,complications and so on. Result：The total effective rate of the control group was 88%while the treatment group was 96%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The average time stay in hospital and symptoms disappear time for clinical treatment of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）,and adverse drug reactions rate during treatment of the treatment group were no significantly difference with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Endoscopic surgery for sinusitis with polyps clinical effect is obvious,which is worthy of promotion and application.
