骨转移瘤的X线表现情况综合性分析

Comprehensive Analysis of X-ray Manifestations of Bone Metastases

目的:探讨骨转移瘤的X线表现以及诊断情况。方法:选取2010年6月-2013年6月笔者所在医院收治的30例骨转移瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:转移性骨肿瘤的原发肿瘤多为肺癌、前列腺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、肾癌、鼻咽癌等,X线平片上骨转移瘤的表现可分溶骨型、成骨型和混合型,显示溶骨型转移瘤多见,成骨型较少见,混合型最少。结论:运用X线诊断骨转移瘤的临床诊断效果良好,可延长患者寿命、解除症状、改善生活质量。

Objective：To discuss the X-ray manifestations of metastatic bone tumor and the diagnosis. Method：From June 2010 to June 2013 in author’s hospital treated 30 cases of bone metastasis in patients with clinicaldata were retrospectively analyzed.Result：Metastatic tumor of bone of the primary tumor were lung cancer.prostate cancer gastric cancer breast cancer renal cell carcinoma.nasopharyngeal carcinoma,X-ray of bone metastases were divided.osteolytic bone type and mixed type,showed osteolytic metastasis,bone type is rare,mixed type the least.Conclusion：The use of the effect of the clinical diagnosis of X-ray in diagnosis of bone metastasis,prolong life,relieve symptoms,improve the quality of life.
