儿童尺桡骨骨折小夹板外固定复位术后的护理探讨

目的:分析儿童尺桡骨骨折患者行手法复位小夹板外固定术后综合护理的方式,总结护理经验。方法:选取2011年6月-2013年6月笔者所在医院收治的72例儿童尺桡骨骨折患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均行手法复位小夹板外固定术治疗,观察组给予综合护理,对照组给予常规护理,观察两组患者并发症发生情况。结果:观察组出现并发症5例,发生率为13.89%,对照出现并发症14例,发生率为38.89%,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用手法复位小夹板外固定术治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折患者,并行综合护理,有利于提高临床疗效,值得推广使用。

Objective：Analysis of patients who underwent manipulative reduction and splint of ulnar and radial fracturefixation after the comprehensive nursing care,nursing experience.Method：72 cases of ulnar and radial fracture patients were treated from June 2011 to June 2013 in author’s hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients of two groups were treated with manual reduction and splint external fixation,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care,the control group was given routine nursing care,observation of the two groups the occurrence of complications. Result：The observation group 5 cases had complications,the incidence rate was 13.89%,the control complications occurred in 14 cases,the incidence rate was 38.89%,the observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：With manual reduction and splint external fixation for the treatment of ulnar and radial fractures,parallelcomprehensive care,to improve the clinical efficacy,is worthy to be popularized.
