摘要 目的:对自体植骨结合锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台高能量损伤的方法及效果进行分析。方法:2010年1月-2012年12月36例高能量胫骨平台骨折患者行自体植骨结合锁定钢板固定治疗,观察手术情况、术后愈合情况和疗效。结果:36例患者平均手术时间(98.4±23.8)min,平均术中出血量(202.2±33.6)ml。患者骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间(9.2±1.8)个月,1例局部浅表皮肢坏死外无其他并发症。疗效评定优良率94.4%。结论:采用自体植骨结合锁定钢板进行胫骨平台高能量损伤骨折的治疗,应根据软组织损伤和修复程度来评价手术耐受性,选择手术时机,术后应根据胫骨平台稳定情况早期实施康复训练。 Objective:To analyze the methods and effect of autologous bone graft combined with locking plate in the treatment of high-energy tibial plateau injury analysis.Method:36 cases of tibial plateau fractures patients from January 2010 to December 2012 were given autologous bone graft combined with locking plate for treatment,surgery,postoperative healing and efficacy were observed.Result:The mean operative time of 36 patients was (98.4±23.8)min,mean blood loss was (202.2±33.6)ml.Patients with fractures were healed,the average healing time was (9.2±1.8)months,one case of partial limb superficial epidermal necrosis without other complications.Merchant efficacy evaluation excellent rate was 94.4%.Conclusion:The application of autologous bone graft combined with locking plate for treatment of high-energy tibial plateau injury,surgery shall be evaluated according to the tolerance level of soft tissue injury and repair,choose the timing of surgery,postoperative tibial plateau should be based on the early implementation of the stability of rehabilitation.
