Two Notes of Reading Wang Anshi's Corpus

《上江宁府王龙图启》是王安石写给江宁知府王琪的兼有干谒与公务性质的书信,关于其创作年代,向有嘉祐二年(1057)、嘉祐七年(1062)、元丰六年(1083)三种说法。三说皆有未谛,此启当作于嘉祐三年(1058)王安石提点江南东路刑狱期间。王安石诗歌中屡次提及的"王微之"姓名当作"王晢",通行本《王荆文公诗笺注》、《四库全书总目》、《全宋诗》小传将其姓名定为"王晳"系手民误植。

With the purpose of representing worship and dealing with official business, Wang Anshi wrote a letter to WangQi,who was the governor of ]iang Ning. With regard to the writing time of this letter, there are three versions including 105TAD,1062AD and 1083AD. The researches above are enlightening but not enough. Personally, the letter was written m 1058 AD,when Wang Anshi served as a magistrate of the Jiang Nan Dong Lu. Wang Anshi mentioned Wang Weizhi over and over againin his poetry, who was Wang Weizhi and what was his name？ Instead of the universal and authoritative conclusion which regardsWang Weizhi as Wang Xi, we claim that Wang Weizhi＇ s real name is Wang Zhe after a meticulous analysis.
