摘要
课堂教学设计能力直接体现实习教师的专业素养,是评判其是否能成为一名合格教师的重要依据。本研究采用问卷调查、访谈和教案分析等方法,以宁波大学教师教育学院的实习教师为研究对象,通过教学内容分析能力、教学目标制定能力、教学对象分析能力、教学策略选择能力、教学结果评价能力这五个维度,研究分析了实习教师课堂教学设计能力的问题,并提出相关对策。
Class instructional design competency directly reflects student teachers' professional quality, by which we canjudge whether he/she can be a qualified teacher or not. The research adopts questionnaire method, interview method, and teachingplan analysis, takes student teachers in Ningbo University College of Teacher Education as the object, and investigates and analyzesthe problems of the class instructional design competency of student teachers from the five aspects of teaching content analysis competency, teaching objective design competency, teaching objects analysis competency, teaching strategies competency, teachingeffect assessment competency, and finally presents the relevant strategies.
