学习型城市创建的实践探索——以宁波市为例

On Learning City Construction——Take Ningbo as an Example

十八大提出"完善终身教育体系,建设学习型社会"的要求。在联合国"教育第一"全球倡议行动一周年纪念活动上,习近平主席明确表达了"中国将努力发展全民教育、终身教育"。创建学习型城市,建设学习型社会已是社会共识,世界潮流。本文基于宁波创建学习型城市的意义、基础、模式、特征等阐述,以宁波为例,展示宁波创建学习型城市的实践经验。

The report of the 18th CPC National Congress proposed that we should improve lifelong education system and build learning-oriented society. President Xi Jinping said in the United Nations＇ Global Education First Initiative （GEFI） that China would vigorously promote education for all and lifelong learning. It is a social consensus and world trend to create a learning city and to build a learning society. This paper, based on the analysis of meaning, foundation, model and features of building a learning city in Ningbo, elaborates the experience of creating a learning city in Ningbo.
