中小城市大学生自主创业现状调查与对策研究——以J市为例

Investigation and Research on the Self-Employment of College Students in Middle-sized and Small Cities——Taking the City of J as an Example

当前,大学生自主创业不仅受到全社会的关注而且也受到众多大学生的追求和热捧。本文主要采用问卷、个别访谈及实地考察等方式对J市四所高校的就业指导中心教师、毕业生、自主创业者等大学生自主创业相关群体进行调查,掌握该市大学生自主创业的现状,分析其存在的问题,并有针对性地提出促进该市大学生自主创业发展的几点对策。

At present, college students＂ self- employment is focus on by the whole society ann pursueu ,y many college students. This article mainly investigates related groups such as teachers of employment guidance center and graduates and college students＇self- employment in four schools of J city by questionnaires and individual interviews and field observations, masters the current situation of college students＇self- employment in the city, analyzes its problems, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of the college students＂ self - employment.
