摘要
本文通过分析激光焊接的特点、优势以及焊接原理,介绍激光焊机的设备构成及工作过程,对控制系统硬件和软件进行设计,并给出软件控制流程图,扩大焊机设备的焊接材质范围,满足钢铁企业焊接高强钢和特殊钢的需求。
This paper, by analyzing the characteristics of laser welding, advantages and welding principles, introduces the structure and working process of the laser welding equipment, designs the control system hardware and software and the software control flow chart, broadening the welding material range of welding equipment to meet the demands for welding high - strength steel and special steel.
