针刺复合麻醉运用于混合痔手术的临床研究

Clinical Application of Compound Acupuncture Anesthesia to Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery

为探讨针刺复合麻醉在混合痔手术中的应用价值，将60例拟行手术治疗的混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组术中采用针刺复合麻醉（腰俞穴麻醉配合针刺双侧内关、合谷、足三里、宗脉穴位），对照组术中单纯采用腰俞穴麻醉，对比两组患者术中疼痛程度、肛门松弛程度和患者紧张度。结果显示，两组患者术中肛门松弛程度比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但治疗组患者术中疼痛程度和紧张度明显轻于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，混合痔术中采用针刺复合麻醉安全性强，麻醉效果好，具有较高的临床应用价值。

In order to evaluate the application value of compound acupuncture anesthesia in mixed hemorrhoids surgery,authros randomly divided the 60 patients to be subjected to surgery for their mixed hemor- rhoids into treatment group and control group,30 cases for each;gave treatment group with this compound acupuncture anesthesia （Yaoshu acupoint anesthesia associated with acupuncture at bilateral Neiguan, Hegu,Zusanli,and assembled meridians acupoints）,while gave control group only with Yaoshu acupoint; then, compared the pain degree, anal relaxation status and nervous degree of patients between both groups. As results,for anal relaxation status of two groups during operation there was no statistical difference（ P 〉0.05） ,in other two items of the pain degree and nervous degree of patients treatment group was all significantly lower than control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that compound acupuncture anesthesia has more safety and more better efficacy, thus higher clinical application value.
