超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术的临床应用

Clinical Application of Doppler-guided Hemorrhoid Artery Ligation

为探讨超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术治疗痔的临床疗效，回顾2013年1～12月于我科采用该方法治疗的31例痔患者资料。结果显示．本组31例患者中．治愈20例（64．5％），显效1例（3．2％），有效10例（32．3％），总有效率为100％。10例住院患者平均住院时间为4．5d。术后1例发生与手术有关的非感染性Ⅱ度肛门疼痛，1例在术后第3天出现感染性肛门疼痛，无排便困难、排尿异常等发生。结果表明，超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术治疗痔疗效确切，而且创伤小，术后疼痛轻，并发症少，住院时间短。

In order to investigate the clinical effect of doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation （DG- HAL） for hemorrhoids,author retrospectively analyzed the data of 31 patients who had received this procedure from Jan. to Dec. 2013yr. in author＇s department. As results,20 cases （64.5%） were cured, 1 （3. 2%） was of excellent response, 10（32.3%） were of response, total effective rate was 100% ;the hospitalization time of 10 cases was averaged as 4.5days;1 case suffered II degree of anal pain being non-infectious, another 1 case suffered infectious pain of anus on the 3rd after operation;no dyschesia and paruria occured. Results show that DG-HAL for hemorrhoids has certain effect,and less injury,mild postoperative pain, less complication,as well shorter hospitalization time.
