摘要
研究了烧结温度与时间对硫酸铁[Fe2(SO4)3]电化学嵌脱锂行为的影响。400℃、9 h热处理后的样品电化学活性较高,比容量达到116.7 mAh/g,放电平台在3.45 V左右,充电平台在3.65 V左右。充放电反应机理为:在高荷电态下为两相反应机理,在低荷电态下为单相反应机理。首次放电过程中可嵌入2个Li+,但是充电时只有1个Li+能可逆的脱出。
Effect of sintering temperature and time on the electrochemical Li-intercalation/de-intercalation behavior of iron sulfate [ Fe2 ( SO4 ) 3 ] was investigated. The electrochemical activity was best when the sintering temperature was 400 ℃and the specific capacity reached 116. 7 mAh/g,the discharge plateau was about 3.45 V and the charge plateau was about 3.65 V. In high state of charge, the reaction was two-phase mechanism, while in low state of charge, the reaction was single phase mechanism. In the initial discharge process, two Li + were intercalated, but in the following charge process, only one Li + could be reversibly de-intercalated.
