摘要
提出了一种新型的过流保护电路,通过对采样网络的温度补偿,进一步减小了因为温度变化引起的过流点改变,提高了过流点精度。本电路基于TSMC 0.5μm BCD工艺设计,Hspice仿真结果表明,该过流保护电路具有较高的可靠性和较低的过流关断功耗。
The design proposes a novel over-current protection circuit.With temperature compensation of the sampling network,the circuit can reduce the changes of over-current point which result from the changes of temperature greatly.Based on TSMS 0.5μm BCD process,the result of Hspice simulation shows that the overcurrent protection circuit has high reliability and low power dissipation.
