摘要
设计了一种高精度、大动态范围对数检波放大器电路。电路采用一种新颖的拓扑结构,并采用SMT工艺加工制作,整个电路体积为40×20×7mm3。电路具有精度高(对数误差≤±1dB)、对数动态范围宽(≥90dB)、可靠性高、结构简单、一致性好等优点,可广泛用于各类接收机和通信系统中。
A high precision and wide dynamic range demodulating logarithmic amplifiers(DLA)is presented.The circuit is designed with a novel topology and produced with SMT technology.The volume is 40×20×7mm3.The circuit has many superior advantages of high precision(≤ ±1dB),wide dynamic range(≥90dB),high reliability,simple topology,good agreement.It could be used widely in the variety of receivers and digital communications systems.
