摘要
高等学校开设公共选修课《食品营养学》对学生养成良好的健康饮食习惯和科学的营养理念很有帮助。从教学方法、教学模式和教学内容3个方面进行讨论,提出传统与现代教学方法相结合、在课堂上引入可探讨的论辩式问题以及完善教学内容等多元化教学模式,旨在改进《食品营养学》课程的教学效果,提高学生的积极性。
It is necessary to set up the course of food nutriology as a public elective course in colleges and universities.With the help of this course,students will fall into the habit of healthy eating,and the scientific nutrition concepts will be gained publicity.The teaching method,teaching mode and content of courses were discussed in this article.The combination of modem teaching techniques and traditional teaching patterns, adoption of debating issues and renewing teaching content were brought forth, in order to improve the teaching effect and promote students' enthusiasm.
