摘要
目的探索构建PDCA环为导向的病案科管理关键绩效指标体系。方法以PDCA循环(质量管理)管理法和关键绩效指标理论为依据,在病案管理引入绩效考核措施,建立病案科统一流程的绩效管理体系,同时实现考核体系信息化。结果实现提高工作效率、工作质量的同时也提高了部门和员工的工作满意度。结论以PDCA循环改进为导向的病案管理关键绩效指标体系的构建,实现病案科管理高效化、标准化、减少工作差错的发生,推动员工成长,促进了病案管理的发展。
Objective To investigate the establishment of key performance indicators in the management of medical records department oriented by PDCA cycle.Method According to the theory of PDCA cycle (quality management) and key performance indicators,to induce performance appraisal measures in medical record management,establish unity performance management system and realize its informatization.Result The work efficiency and quality were improved,as well as the satisfaction of the department and employees.Conclusion As the establishment of key performance indicators of medical records management system oriented by PDCA cycle,the medical record department realized efficient and standardized management of medical records,reduced the occurrence of errors,promoted the development of the staff and medical records management.
