Discrimination of Space Occupying Lesions Terminology in ICD-10

目的正确使用占位性病变术语。方法利用占位性病变关键词,检索国家标准版ICD-10电子版。结果共检索出13条记录,前3个为错误使用,其他10个为正确扩展应用。结论占位性病变分类到R90-R93,影响诊断下的小结节和肿物属于占位性病变。如果明确占位性病变性质,要分到其他类目下。

Objective To use terminology of space occupying lesions correctly.Methods To retrieve the national standard electronic version ICD-10 with the key words of space occupying lesion.Results 13 records were found,the former three was wrongly use and the other ten were extensive application correctly.Conclusions Space occupying lesions were classified into R90-R93,and the diagnosis imaging of small nodules and masses were belong to space occupying lesions.If the nature of space occupying lesions was clear,it should be classified to other categories.
