摘要
目的倡导使用ICD编码工具书编码模式,提升编码准确性。方法对563例心血管介入手术ICD编码进行回顾性分析。结果经核对185例偏差手术编码中181例为直接套用ICD字典库中类似名称的编码模式造成。结论一味套用字典库中类似名称的初级编码模式易导致编码偏差,通过各种学习途径充分了解疾病与手术操作方式内涵并使用ICD编码工具书以实现精准ICD编码。
Objective To advocate the application of ICD dictionary database coding mode and improve the accuracy of coding.Method 563 cases cardiovascular interventional surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results After checking 185 cases of deviation operation coding,there were 181 cases were caused by mechanically applied the similar names coding mode in ICD dictionary database.Conclusions The primary coding mode of mechanically applied the similar names coding in dictionary database may lead to deviation easily,and we should learn to fully understand the disease and operation modes connotation through various ways as well as realize accurate ICD coding by apply ICD coding reference books.
