摘要
“海之光”烟囱为多面体切割异型烟囱,±0.000~90.000m高度内由四面筒体变为八面筒体,施工中使用激光铅直仪和激光接收靶进行筒身中心点确认,采用八点定位、八边复测、阶段调整的方法控制筒身几何尺寸,通过角部模板的安装,竖向拼缝处钢模板采用凸口,木模板采用凹口,36.000m以上采用木模板补差钢模板等施工技术,最终取得了预期的效果。
"Light of the Sea" is a specially-shaped polyhedral chimney, whose tetrahedral cylinder is changed into octahedral cylinder within±0.000-90.000m height. During construction, laser plumb and laser receiving target to determine the central point of cylinder; geometrical dimension of the cylinder is controlled through various methods, such as eight-point positioning, eight-side reinspection and staged adjustment, etc.; different construction techniques are adopted, including corner formwork installation, male notch of steel formwork and female notch of wooden formwork at longitudinal joint, setting of wooden formwork above 36.000m to make up the steel formwork, etc. Expected effects are successfully realized.
