摘要
某水泥熟料库经4年使用,出现了混凝土剥离严重、部分钢筋脱落等质量缺陷。通过对库内壁混凝土强度、碳化深度、钢筋配置进行检测,并采用ABAQUS软件进行建模分析,评估出熟料库在包钢加固前的承载力不能满足结构安全使用的要求,建议对破损部分混凝土和钢筋表面粉尘进行清理后,外刷无机粘结修复料进行修复,再包钢板加固。
After four years service, a cement clinker bunker has various quality defects, such as concrete scaling, shedding or missing of partial reinforcement. Concrete strength, carbonization depth and reinforcement allocation on internal wall of the bunker are inspected and analyzed through modeling by using ABAQUS software. It is detected that the bearing capacity of the bunker before being reinforced can not satisfy the safety requirement, so it is suggested to clean the dust on the surface of damaged concrete and reinforcement, to repair by brushing inorganic bonding agent and to reinforce by wrapping steel plate on the surface.
