摘要
产品智能主模型完整定义了产品的功能结构与多学科分析,通过骨架控制方法实现了从初步设计到详细设计过程的结构建模;以编写多学科分析需求为导向的工程语义知识,结合从产品数据模型到工程语义系统间的智能接口开发,形成产品研制各个阶段中的性能分析与评估,从而实现产品的面向全过程的设计。以航天工装支架车为例,验证该方法支持的面向设计过程的结构建模与分析评估的可行性。
Intelligent master model (IMM) defined the function structure and multidisciplinary analysis. Products can realize the structure modeling from primary design to detail design by adopting the skeleton controlling method. Through the multidisciplinary analysis language compiling combined with the intelligence interface development from the product data model to the engineering language, designer can fulfill deferent analysis requirement and evaluation during deferent design phase so that realize the design faced to the whole process. Through the application on the aircraft vehicle research, the IMM technology is proved to be feasible and reliable on the whole design circle including the structure modeling and analysis evaluation.
