摘要
麻花钻的新标准规定了麻花钻的钻心厚度是变化的,根据麻花钻的截形在三维实体建模软件Pro/E中建立具有钻心厚度变化的麻花钻实体模型。磨损的麻花钻在刃磨时,偏心距与钻心厚度的量值关系会影响主切削刃的直线度,为此探求了提高直线度的刃磨参数及其调整值,以提高建模和刃磨精度。
The twist drill new technical standard suggests that the thickness of the twist drill weh is onstantly changing. According to the cross-sectional shape of the twist drill, three dimensional solid modeling with thickness change is buih using Iro/E software. 111 the grinding process of twist drill, the web thickness and the eccentric distance between drill axis and the cone axis will affect the nmin cutting edge straightness. In order to improve the modeling and grinding precision, the grinding parameters are studied to improve the straightness of the main cutting edge.
