压差传感器用磁性液体的制备及特性分析

摘要 文中将磁性液体应用于压差传感器,在分析磁性液体磁学模型的基础上,分析了磁性液体用于传感的优势特性——磁性液体的磁化性能和快速响应特性,对其进行了测试并得出结论:制备较高磁化强度的磁性液体,可提高压差传感器的输出特性;同时磁性液体具有的快速响应特性也会使压差传感器具有较好的响应特性。因此,磁性液体在压差传感应用领域必将得到广泛应用和发展。 Magnetic fluid was applied in pressure diiterence sensor. 5ince magnetism ana quick response to magneHc field were the two excellent characteristics of magnetic fluid for sensing, the magnetic model of magnetic fluid was analyzed. Then the two excellent characteristics were studied and tested in Lab. Preparing magnetic fluid with higher magnetization could improve the output characteristic of the pressure difference sensor. The quick response characteristic of magnetic: fluid will enable the pressure difference sensor to have excellent response characteristic. So magnetic fluid in pressure diflerenee sensor applications will be widely applied and developed.
