摘要
某高压齿轮泵的泵体强度不足,严重影响了可靠性和使用寿命。针对其泵体强度不足问题,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其结构进行优化。在Pro/E软件里构建原齿轮泵泵体的实体模型,利用Pro/E软件与ANSYS软件的无缝链接,将原泵体实体模型导入ANSYS软件里进行分析,针对原泵体比较薄弱的环节进行结构的优化设计,并对优化后的结构进行分析验证,从而保证了泵体较高的实用性能和使用寿命。
Strength insufficiency of a pump casing greatly decreases reliability and service life of high-pressure gear pump. To solve this problem, ANSYS software is used to optimize configuration of pump easing. First, solid model of pump casing is created with pro/E. Then, the model is imported from pro/E to ANSYS. Based on ANSYS, optimization design of configuration of pump casing is carried out, and the optimized configuration is analyzed and verified to ensure high performance of gear casing.
