摘要
为有效分析工程机械的工作装置性能,设计了工程机械液压工作装置性能检测系统。系统主要由台架、操作控制模块、信号采集与处理模块三部分组成,形成信号检测与强电控制一体的机电系统。系统满足工程机械液压驱动系统的动力性能检测与内泄性能检测要求,为液压工作装置性能评估奠定了基础。
Abstract： In order to analyze the working performance of construction machinery, a detection system of the hydraulic mechanism is designed. The detection system is composed of the detection stage, the control module, signal detectitm and analyzing module, it is a integrative system of monitoring and control system. The developed system fulfills the working and leaking performance test of hydraulic driving system, it performs a reference for the performance evaluation of hwlraulic mechanism.
