摘要
球支撑广泛应用于特种车辆的油气悬挂系统中,其表面螺旋线的加工是球支撑加工过程中的难点之一。文中采用UG数控编程技术,通过对该球支撑表面螺旋线进行参数设计,刀路轨迹仿真以及刀具和机床的选择,在实际生产中实现了球支撑表面螺旋线的加工,不仅提高了生产效率,还可为今后更复杂的球面螺旋线加工和微细加工提供一定的参考。
Ball support is widely used in hydro-pneumatic suspension system of special vehicle. It is diffieuh to process the surface helix of the ball support. Based on UG NC programming techniques, the parameterized design of the ball support surface helix is carried out, tool path is simulated, and the tool and machine are selected. The production efficiency is improved in the actual production. The results provide reference for more complex spherical helix processing and micro-fabrication.
