摘要
以机载雷达机箱的空间安装尺寸及重量要求为约束条件,考虑到设备的可维修性,设计了一种异型机箱结构;通过有限元方法对异型机箱进行仿真分析,计算分析设备的刚度特性,用于指导异型机箱后续的减重等优化设计。
The installation space and weight are taken as constraints of the airborne radar cabinet, a nonstandard cabinet with high maintainability is designed. Simulation analysis of stiffness characteristics is carried out based on finite element method. The simulation results can be used to enhance stiffness and reduce the weight.
