摘要
对空压机进行有限元建模及模态分析,比较底座结构改进前、后的约束模态及振型,并计算施加载荷的基脚振动响应。改进底座的振动烈度值减小达14%。研究结果表明仿真计算结果与实验结果吻合良好,从而验证了计算模型的正确性,为空压机的减振设计提供了理论依据。
Based on finite element modeling and modal analysis of the air compressor, the base constraint mode and mode shape before and after structure improved was compared, and base vibration response applying the load was caleulated. Vibration intensity value decreased 14 percent after base structure improved The result shows that simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the calculation model, and provides a theoretical basis for the compressor vibration design.
