新型弹性齿式联轴器的设计及有限元分析

摘要 介绍了一种新型弹性齿式联轴器结构特点,给出了联轴器相关零件强度计算公式及选材,通过三维建模,在ANSYS软件中进行了应力应变分析,得出了应变及应力分布云图,验证了强度条件。 A new type elastic gear coupling structure is introduced. The calculating strength formula and material of the parts are proposed. The three-dimensional model is built, stress and strain analysis are carried out in the ANSYS software to obtain the distribution of strain and stress. The strength condition is verified.
